Red Snapper fish is white with a pink like color, the outer skin is a reddish color. It is somewhat sweet in flavor, has little oil and big with moist taste.

Sea Scallops are mainly found off the New England coast. Find them fresh at Armando’s. The Sea Scallops are dry but not soaked, with a sweet/mild taste. Also very lean and has a firm texture. You can bake, broil, or fry.

The exterior of these shells are black in color, the meat color can vary; from pale to brownish orange. The meat is plump, tender, rich like the scallops and clams, sweet. These are normally steamed for better flavor.
